In the spring, Abitibi is a veritable nursery for birds of forests, lakes and wetlands. Here, in the heart of the Boreal forest, species adapt to unusual media such as Osisko lake and the old tailings site of East Sullivan. At the heart of this still little-known territory, we go in search of sharp-tailed grouse, red-necked grebe, several species of woodpeckers and the saw-whet owl, one of the smallest owls in the world.
