While Todd is being occupied with the cattle, Ree makes cheesy Smashed Burgers with Beer-Battered Onion Strings and Kicked-Up Fry Sauce. For dessert, Ree makes Dark Chocolate Brownies along with fresh Strawberry Sauce and Hot Fudge Sauce, which all get turned into an amazing 6-foot sundae, the perfect way to say "happy birthday" to this cowboy.
