Charan Bhalla, an old annoying neighbor, and a retired Archaeology department employee, uses this opportunity to settle scores with the Srivastavas. What eventually follows is officials of the Archaeology department taking over front yard.

With the archaeology department and municipality increasing complications for the Srivastavas, Sumit-Tripti-Abhishek now trying to deal with this one step at a time. They need papers from the house, only to realize that they are missing.

Brajesh-Geeta-Rajesh-Savita has an awkward moment. Brajesh has a tough time convincing them that he never owed money to Uma and that Yogi is just extorting them. Sumit-Tripti-Abhishek, in a comedic sequence.

In an emotional moment, Brajesh and Geeta reminisce the old times in this house which they may now lose. Sumit strengthens his resolve - together they will save this house, come what may.

Begins with Bablu Gujjar hilariously revealing to Sumit, Abhishek and Tripti that he is not arrested and was just joking around. Back home, Srivastavs are celebrating because they've got injunction.

The finale begins with the senior Srivastavs opposing Sumit's proposal to let Abhishek fight their case. This leads to a hilarious yet intense monologue of Sumit, where, for the first time.
