A speedboat with mannequins on the deck enters the pillar of the St Petersburg city dam: a man, a woman and two children. Rescuers discover that a corpse is sitting in place of a mannequin. This is Marta Anders, Estonian Consul in St. Petersburg. Once again, a joint research team will be set up, led by Inga and Maksim. It turns out that Marta Anders ran a fund that dealt with artificial insemination.
