Luka, a young, promising, and distinguished criminalist from Ljubljana, was transferred to the small Bled police station after finishing his treatment. His new colleagues accept him with a mixture of admiration and distrust, and Luka does nothing to attract his colleagues in any way. Although he tries to keep to himself, he is inadvertently immediately involved in local power struggles, intrigues, and rivalries that go back generations. Luka soon finds out that corruption in Bled does not stink any less than in Ljubljana.

Luka, a young criminalist who has barely settled down well in Bled, will soon be put to the ground by the new boss Ferdo. It seems to Luka that history is repeating itself in a strange way, he already had problems in Ljubljana due to a dishonest boss, but his colleague Nives is ready to put her hand in the fire for her longtime boss Ferdo. The case of fraudsters breaking into houses around Bled is becoming increasingly like a dog chasing its own tail.

When the impoverished widower's homestead burns down, all the neighbors, firefighters and police officers are full of compassion. Only Luka can't get out of his criminal skin and assumes that it is a planned arson due to insurance. Even though his colleagues Nives and Ferdo try to convince him otherwise, Luka is putting increased pressure on the alleged arsonist, who soon finds himself on the verge of breaking down. Will Nives be able to prevent a catastrophe?

They send Luka to the field himself. It is a custom in which the natives at the station test the newcomers, their nerves, wit, and sense of humor. Luka takes the case of the missing pet seriously, but soon finds out that the whole campaign is a prank. Luka's former colleague Mara comes to visit Bled and, in their conversation, we find out the reasons why Luka does not want to return to Ljubljana. Is there an emotional reason among them that Luka is not even aware of?

An unknown perpetrator ran over a middle-aged woman to death. All indications are that the crime was intentional. The more Team Bled digs through the tracks and suspects, the clearer it is that they have encountered a web of intrigue, concealment, deception, and resentment dating back a decade. All the suspects have alibis until Nives produces a brilliant idea. But even this one turns out to be flawed at first.

A card player is the victim of a violent robbery in broad daylight. The team at the police station first wanders in the dark, as it has only fleeting clues about the attacker. Then Luka discovers a trail that, with the challenging work of everyone involved, slowly leads to concrete results. Everything points to people Ferdo knows well from some other times. Ferdo, however, is not the only one who must face and come to terms with the past.

A video is circulating on the Internet in which a young ambitious influencer is kidnapped in the middle of filming at Lake Bled. Who is the girl, is it a kidnapping or just a well-planned media campaign? Ferdo is struggling with a new world that exists somewhere between the internet and smartphones and in which he feels increasingly lost, wondering if it’s not time to retire. Luka ends the day with dinner, where a surprise awaits him.

While a politician is doing sport, someone steals all the things from the locker. Everything points to the club staff, either the receptionist or the maintainer. However, it soon turns out that the politician did not say everything, and things get even more complicated when the investigation is taken over by a newcomer from Ljubljana. Will Ferdo and Luka still be on the battlefield, or will they join forces and get to the bottom of the case?

A corpse is found in the river, which shows no signs of violence. Nives and Luka, forced to wait for the investigating judge, decide to thoroughly investigate all the circumstances. While waiting, Luka confides in Nives and decides to take a step that would lay new foundations for his relationship with Sara. At the other end of Bled, Sara is also thinking about her love affair and future. There is no judge yet, everything points to rain, and Ferdo, who is mortally bored on vacation, is annoying him on the phone.

At the hotel in Bled, wealthy guest from abroad, otherwise immigrants from these places, lost a bag with documents and a lot of cash. All traces and her testimony point to the hotel staff. Soon, however, the case goes deeper than most of those involved would like, the facts that become known have a particular impact on Ferdo. Luka is surprised that Sara also shows up at the hotel, and an even bigger surprise is what she is really doing there.

Ferdo, who was once an active member and functionary of the hunting association, goes on a traditional annual hunt with his colleagues. That day, they get a call at the police station that one of the hunters died from a gunshot wound. There are no witnesses, it soon turns out that Ferdo is the main suspect. The case is taken over by Inspector Urh, who is therefore coming from Ljubljana. Luka tries to help Ferdo, but Urh withdraws him from the investigation. Will Luka obey Urh, or will he try to help his colleague anyway?

Nives rescues nurse Pamela from a car at the cemetery, who was trying to judge for herself. When she confides in her why she can't go home, Nives takes her to her. Luka, meanwhile, despite Urh's explicit ban, tries to prove that Ferdo is not to blame for the death of a colleague while hunting. It becomes clear to him what kind of game Urh is playing, so he finds a strong ally. Nives, meanwhile, tries to protect Pamela from her partner, but things don’t go according to her plans.

The body of a well-known drug addict is found near his home. When it turns out that it is not an overdose, but a poisoning with natural poison, the investigation is devoted to acquaintances and friends of the deceased. They find the ideal suspect, but he says things that lead the investigation in an unexpected direction. Luka and Ferdo meet at Ferdo's home, it is clear to them that Urh has come to terms with both, they are looking for ways to oppose him.

Luka and police officer Primož follow the report, which sounds like a call from a little lonely and smiling housewife. However, they go into action and come across signs that a major criminal operation is taking place on a lonely, deserted weekend. Luka begins to doubt himself, as most of the evidence is circumstantial, and he has been burned several times when he reacts too quickly. In addition, it is now still under Urh's scrutiny. He therefore listens with interest to Sara as she suggests that they move to Brussels together.

Luka and Ferdo have decided to fight Urh secretly actively, who is trying to get them off work or even to jail. With the help of friends in Ljubljana, Luka starts following Urh. Sleepless nights and constant absence, however, soon begin to affect his relationship with Sara and the atmosphere at the police station, where Nives is taking over more and more of his work. A lady who misses her puppy bursts into the charged atmosphere.

Luke gets together with Sara, who hopes this means they will reconcile. But Luka has even worse news, contrary to her wishes. Her family is under investigation on suspicion of several crimes. Sara, who has been shaken by the world, wants to clear this up with her father, but gets an answer that destroys her world to the end. In the evening, Urh arrives in Bled and surprises Ferdo and Luka with the news of the investigation.

Luka is looking forward to the visit of his friend Mare, who has decided to stay with him for a few days. Sara has temporarily moved in with Nives, who confides that Luka is in danger. The investigation of the Globočnik family firm is slowly progressing and it is becoming increasingly clear that Urh is still connected to Irena. Ferdo and Luka try to plan the next steps in revealing the indecent connections. Nives is in a big dilemma whether to take the side of her colleagues or her relatives. Everything is cut short by the news that they have found a stooped Luka's motorbike behind the Sava.

Urh organized a raid on the warehouse used by Irena for her business. Sara is torn between her family and Luka. Mare is still missing, hopes of being alive are dwindling. The raid succeeds, and the celebration at the police station during the successful operation is interrupted by a very unexpected guest. The events are approaching the outcome. Who will stay in Bled? Who is free?
