College student Alyssa looks forward to her senior year so she can finally hold her head up high, date a guy and have a "real" college experience after being born with a disabling genetic disorder that affected her smile. Baseball lover Mark plays a high stakes game to get the smile he has always wanted. After struggling with drug addiction, Mark is clean and sober--but will his massive dental surgery force him back on pain medication and jeopardize his sobriety?
