Property surveys are on Dom's agenda in this episode, as he tries to help a Cornish couple who bought a house only to later discover it was infested with woodworm. They had paid for a structural survey which didn't pick up on the problem but, as Dom finds out, it is not always clear what we should expect from a survey.
