Mahadev forbids Indradev from taking care of Lohitang. He asks Andhaka to look after Lohitang's nourishment. Mahadev blesses Natyacharya for learning tandava from him. He condemns the asuras for misusing their boon. The asuras vent their anger on Andhaka for accepting Lohitang as his son. Indradev and Kartikey become upset with Mahadev for supporting Andhaka. They suspect Andhaka's intention. Mahadev makes the rishis realise their misdeed against Narayan
