Lars Norén turns 70 years old on 9 May. We congratulate him on the day of reprising the movie Don't Try to Understand from 2004. A movie with as current issues as now. Primo Levi's book "Is This a Man?" is a vital reading experience for Lars Norén, both privately and as a writer. Levi sat in Auschwitz at the end of World War II and his portrayal from there became a theater performance under the direction of Norén.
