Parvati pays her gratitude to Nandi for taking care of Kailash. She enlightens Kartikey about the parents' concern for their child, and is annoyed with his decision of resurrecting Arunasur's mother. Kartikey apologises to Nandi for misbehaving with him. Mahadev makes Kartikey realise about Arunasur's ploy against him and Parvati. Kartikey expiates for the same and decides to take revenge on Arunasur. On listening to Arunasur's prayer, Parvati decides to revive his mother.
