Victor and Hugo pretend to be doctors at St Spooners hospital, in order to steal an experimental quick-growth formula. Did you notice? The name of the hospital is a reference to the Rev. Spooner, the first person to famously transpose letters and sounds of words in a sentence, e.g. You have hissed my mystery lecture. As we know, Victor is always doing this.
