A car runs a red light in front of a senior constable and then tries to speed away. Thwarted by traffic, the driver is soon apprehended and then the officer discovers that the car is stolen with a number of additional illegal items, including drugs, cash, weapons, and fake credit cards; a driver is pulled over for speeding, but he just can't accept the facts and contests his ticket; a senior constable arrives at an incident to find a car crashed into a fence and a drunken man protesting that he was not responsible.
