As Meyra's illness progresses, her mind begins to blur, and she can no longer distinguish between what is real and what is imaginary. Ercan, who secretly loves her, tries to take advantage of this situation. In a moment of delirium, Meyra mistakes Ercan for Selim and approaches him. Just then, Selim appears and, overcome with rage upon seeing the scene, attacks Ercan. Meyra, not understanding what happened, doesn't even remember it. After this episode, Selim begins to feel a mixture of guilt and a desire to protect her. Even trying to maintain distance, Meyra always finds Selim by her side in times of crisis. Their past love resurfaces, along with pain and regret. While Ercan continues his schemes, Meyra struggles between her illness and the feelings she still harbors for Selim. The tension between the three reaches a breaking point, and a simple kiss, born of a misunderstanding, becomes a turning point that will change everyone's fate.
