Heavily armed terrorists led by the ice-cold super-android Romulus take control of a high-rise hospital, taking the U.S. President’s daughter hostage among others. Our hero, Dasilva, is mistakenly identified by the FBI as the hospital’s architect, who had been sentenced to life in "deep-freeze" imprisonment for murder. In reality, however, he is a former pro football player who merely happened to beat a man to death in a bar.
