Shaki escapes with Lola's help and sends a message to her grandmother asking for Remigio's help, without notifying the police. Bernarda informs her, and Jazmín overhears the conversation, alerting Santiago. The two begin the search with the police and Remigio's men. Shaki arrives at the home of a peasant family, but they are captured and taken to the barracks. Javier proposes to kill Shaki, but Remigio opposes it. In the end, Javier informs her that they have already captured her, unaware that Jazmín is spying behind the door. Valeria also considers going to Paris with Neneco, who hesitates. Melina and Jazmín argue about Alma, and Santiago intervenes.
