Santiago, to protect his identity, suggests to his boss that they divert attention to Pinedo. Valeria rejects Juan Diego and Gaspar for betraying her. Fernando and Mariángeles continue their romance; he promises to divorce after the elections. Jazmín agrees to wait to expose Remigio and stay with her daughter. She decides not to run away with Alma yet and records videos telling her story, but Remigio overhears her.
