Ouzo has been on the list for a while now. Time to finally make it!
It turned out better than expected. But there is a little room for improvement here. I wonder if I used some sub-par aniseed. Or perhaps I will just use a tiny bit more next time. Either way, it's still really tasty and 100% worth giving this a go at home!
