This episode begins with a warm-up. The teaching sequence begins with the basic Egyptian step and the Turkish figure-eight and moves into the more challenging shimmy-layered hip-circle, tremor figure-eight and Saidi turn. The performance sequence combines all these moves into an exhilarating belly dance choreography. The episode closes with a gorgeous freestyle belly dance.
