This episode begins with a graceful warm-up that prepares the body to dance. The teaching sequence guides the viewers through shoulder- rolls, the village-shimmy, and the more challenging belly-rolls, zaar-head and Lebanese hip-circles. The performance combines all these moves into a stunning choreography followed by a freestyle belly dance.
