The panelists debate whether Judge Bunning reached the right conclusion in the reasonable accommodation afforded to clerk Kim Davis, permitting her to exit jail and return to work if she doesn’t interfere with providing marriage licenses to gay couples. Then, whether we should routinely have cameras in courtrooms (which we do not in New York State) to videotape judges as they go about their work.
