Chacha and the others have been looking for a phoenix for a while and keep coming up empty. This time they visit Phoenix Village, a seaside village where people sell phoenix buns and key chains. A souvenir shop owner gives them a map to the location of the phoenix. The map is suspicious, but it leads them to a box containing a phoenix feather that, when used by someone who wants to meet the phoenix, can lead them to it.
