Jamie makes jerk chicken with jalapeno flatbreads for Jazzie B from Soul II Soul and cooks an Indian dosa in his festival camp kitchen. Jamie cooks skewered fish over a fire with his pal Gennaro Contaldo, and sliced beef on hot rocks, before sharing chilli chocolate and churros with Willie Harcourt-Cooze and Norman Jay.
