Cantonese Opera singer Ms LEE-fung found her passion in Cantonese opera after she and her family went to Hong Kong during the 1950’s. She started learning Cantonese opera from a renowned Cantonese opera stars Mr. CHAN Fei-nung. At the age of 8, she began performing onstage. Though her performing journey was by no means all smooth sailing; she seized every performing opportunity to learn. When she was young, she aspired to be an “actress in a leading role”. But now she is upholding an open attitude, no matter it is an “actress in a leading role” or “supporting actress”, she is willing to perform.
