Phil and Annie Graham want to swap their four-bedroom terraced house in Wimbledon for a rental investment in order to release equity for their dream move to America. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal.
