Bak Chor Mee is a local delicacy which is basically divided into the Teochew style and Hokkien style. In this episode, Kym and Chef Aaron visit a few traditional Bak Chor Mee stalls and noodle factory to understand the nearly century-old history of Bak Chor Mee and attempt to recreate the old taste.
