A math major in Ann Arbor, MI gets pulled over for speeding, but claims he has the perfect formula to get out of the ticket. In Massachusetts, an officer pulls over a taxi, with a full fare. Finally, officers in Rialto, CA are forced to tow the vehicle of two dishonest people.
