Daejeong signs an MOU with Chun Medical Foundation and takes a divorce case from its chairman, Chun Hwan-seo. Mr. Oh assigns the case to Yu-ri instead of Eun-kyung, and Yu-ri learns from him that he intends to fire Eun-kyung soon. Meanwhile, Eun-kyung finds out that Woo-jin will become the managing partner of Daejeong.
