Faced with the need to raise the rating, the owner of the television station Eusebio Manguera decides to hire the show by Denis Danis, the fastest painter in the world, and with it, raise the rating. Throughout the episode it is seen how the workers of the television station do everything possible to save and how each time the program reduces its budget, for example, the headlines do not even pass and Juanin has to act them, or inventing television notes due the lack of money, and even offer tours of the studio. By the end of the episode, the light is even cut, using only one light bulb, but they manage to pay the painter, who makes a painting of Elvis, which is totally wrong and unrecognizable, but not happy with it, he starts painting another painting despite the fact that Tulio and the others try to avoid it since the painter charges per painting and that would mean that they must pay more, apart from the fact that the painter, despite being the fastest, is not the best.
