After reading a news story in the newspaper about the show and discovering that Tulio is considered boring, he decides to buy inventor Alberto Roberto a machine called Risotron which has recorded laughs that are used by Tulio to make his jokes look funny. Subsequently the Risotron is revealed to realize that both Tulio and the staf and the entire show are boring and decides to refuse to laugh and insult everyone on the show. In the end when trying to repair it, Tulio and Bodoque discover that the Risotron was being controlled by the inventor Alberto Roberto who was actually the Clown Clavito, who was fired from the circus for being boring.
