Emma Warner (Natasha Wilson) is an expert on all things Christmas... but she doesn't necessarily want to be. It comes with the territory of being the SVP of a successful toy company in Chicago. Rewarding, yes, but it leaves no time for her personal life. So, she books a hotel around the holidays to a singles resort with the goal of meeting a guy and escape the Christmas escapade happening back home. But, as luck would have it, there was a mixup and she ends up in a town solely dedicated to Christmas.
