Seriously ill doctor - Wiktor kills successively retired militiamen. Their commander, a senior police officer Sachon, who is on active duty, orders Louisiana's group to investigate the matter. In front of the police station there is a ceremony of unveiling a plaque dedicated to the memory of a student killed here by militiamen. Victor tries to shoot Sachon. Overpowered by Manjaro, he commits suicide.
