Eva takes advantage of the fact that no one is around and asks Antonia for forgiveness, in addition to asking for a sign so that justice can be done. Antonia's health was severely damaged and she did not survive after her encounter with Plutarco and Rebeca in her own home. Plutarch's cynicism goes too far and he prefers to celebrate the departure of her wife instead of honoring her or mourning her.
