The Nile crocodile and Hippopotamus are two of Africa’s amphibious freshwater icons; found in waterways, rivers and lakes across the continent, including the stunning wilderness of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa. These two species have co-existed for thousands of years, evolving in different ways to a life aquatic.
