After losing in the previous cosplay bus episode and being dropped in Ueno to buy spaghetti as punishment, Yamasaki ends up leaving the area without the spaghetti. To make amends he is forced to undertake a batsu game where he must travel to the Italy and retrieve spaghetti from the "heel of the boot" region.
