Toppei is delighted at the thought that this drug will give the vampires a different life as human beings, a life totally free from discrimination or prejudice. After finding out that the savages are involved in an accident in which a train rolls over, Chippei senses that the leader is Rock by the smell he emits, and lets Toppei know.
