A husband finds a quick way to add muscles to his unimpressive body. A cereal company employee is stuck in a vat of cereal and must eat his way to safety, unless a customer intervenes. A father meets his daughter's boyfriend and tries to impress him with his incredible cold tolerance. The recording session for the Seinfeld theme song is disrupted by a bass player who insists on improvising his part. Finally, a new, lyric version of the Seinfeld theme is created. SNL alum Will Forte guest stars.
