Nadir fights to maintain his position within Kristen Shaw's organisation after her associate, Paul Haskew, warns her against using Nadir for protection. In a bid to prove his worth, Nadir, along with assistance from Meadows and Heaton, arranges for one of Haskew's major dealers, Vernon Myer, to be busted whilst in possession of a large quantity of cocaine. Meanwhile, Turner and Nixon investigate when an arson attack on a garage on the Jasmine Allen estate results in the loss of a collection of exhibition paintings. The pair initially suspect the owner's best friend, who appears to have somewhat of an obsession with his com padre - until CCTV footage proves his innocence.
