Beegle Beagle and Grape Ape enter the Really Grand Prix, to test a new state-of-the-art car. However, two other participants would do anything to win. / Duke, the international jewel thief has stolen the famous Pink Palamazoo diamond and hidden it inside a giant baby-blue gorilla balloon used in the city's big parade. However, Grape Ape falls in love with the balloon and stumbles in Duke's plans.
