Smuggling of illicit cigarettes is big business. Unfortunately most of that big business is organized crime. The RCMP is working with other law enforcement agencies to try and deter smuggling in every capacity. This exciting episode looks at smuggling in the Cornwall area and how the Mounties are making a difference through their proactive approach to the problem.
