Wilsberg had an accident and has to undergo an operation. As a result, he is tied to the bedside, but his instinct for crime is by no means paralyzed. At night he watches through the window of his hospital room how a sister, a doctor, Siegbert Suhlke, is dealt with hard in the wing opposite.
