Victor, the mean Crystal Brawler, is in fact the harshest Crystal Brawler in Moona who steals powers from Crystal Monsters making them useless. Roaracryst's powers are stolen by Victor, and Roaracryst must get it back in order to survive it's way back to his own before he collapse.
