As the Brawlers have stopped Tyro from getting everything away from them, the Cheetah Girls sues the brawlers from failing Tyro. However, they have been defeated again once Rottobigin have scared them away to keep them out of the Brawlers and their sights from now on. Tyro refuses to give in.
