The thunderstorm continues as Kouchu is trying to figure out what is going on with the weather. The electricity freezes during the hard winter, as the thunderstorm transforms into a snowstorm, and the brawlers are concerned about the temperature that they are in. Meanwhile, Ninecoat tries his best to keep the others safe.
