When the passengers of a plane returning from abroad start to get sick, the hospital is forced to take extreme measures. But people continue to die and, as a last resort, the emergency room is quarantined with all the people in it. Ferman, Ali and Nazli are also trapped inside. On the one hand, the team tries to provide health services to those who are inside, and on the other hand, tries to fight the epidemic. And in the end, one of the team also gets sick.
