Eliot Shag is having a tough time thinking up a new idea for an Ace Hart adventure - until a squeaky toy named Mr. Mokey sparks his imagination. Unfortunately, the plot lands Ace nose-to-nose with the infamous gang of Bugsy (the Dogfather) and his mongrel mafia!
