Hoping for a real "grown-up" job, Tracy volunteers to be Snuffy's babysitter for the day, but discovers she has to miss the Air Carnival to do so. Worried that she won't be a good babysitter, she discovers she's wrong when Snuffy enjoys having fun with her and she is the greatest babysitter yet.
