Dr. Paula Díaz joins her new position as Head of the Hospital's Surgery Area. Having just moved her residence to Madrid, with a second divorce and two children of very different ages, her private life is not a model of balance and organization. His landing in the HVN will not be easy either, as he will have to deal with the suspicion of a staff that fears in advance for the executive decisions he may make and with the rivalry of Dr. Héctor Salgado, an excellent surgeon who aspired to be promoted internally to occupy the position assigned to her.
