Buckwheat sees a chimp at the old haunted house, but the gang doesn't believe him, since he's a chronic liar. They decide to teach him a lesson by taking him to the haunted house, where Froggy is ready inside a chimp costume. The real chimp soon arrives, though, and terrorizes the gang.
