Warburg's Deb Lupard takes on a client who just happens to be a distant relation of hers, but family ties don't make this apartment search any easier on Deb. She'll have to convince her cousin that a few concessions are always necessary when hunting for a New York space. Tony Sargent of CORE has only a few weeks to sell his client's apartment and find a new space for her growing family.
