A new job has Eric and his wife Jill relocating from Chicago to Kansas City. Jill has her heart set on one of the area's older homes. Eric would prefer a newer home, and a big yard. With a budget of up to $600,000 they're confident they should be able to find exactly what they want. But in the high demand area where they're looking, these Chicagoans may be in for sticker shock.
